Mission:  My mission is to help you fully develop your gifts and talents to successfully carry out your life’s purpose.

In September of 2021, my position with a nonprofit organization was eliminated for budget reasons. That has led me to launch myself into my own leadership company.  I am passionate about Leadership Development, teaching adults, and Family Ministry.

I started my first business when I was 22, a construction company with two of my brothers.  I left that company in 2009.  Since then I have experience in network marketing, retail, manufacturing, and ministry/nonprofit.

I would like to to share some of the wisdom I have gained over the last 25 years to help you personally become the best version of yourself, the person you know you were created to be.  

Also, I would like to share what I have learned to help your organization or company become the very best that it can be.
