When the Magi visited Jesus, Herod simply had to look in the Bible to see where God promised he would be born. God kept his detailed promises by how he sent Jesus. In fact there are so many promises in the Old Testament that Jesus fulfilled that the odds that any one would do so make it virtually impossible.
As we get ready for Christmas, we marvel at how God kept his promises and we look forward to God keeping his promises to bless our children and deliver this world. We strive to train our children to trust God's promises by teaching them they can trust our promises.
